Returns and Cancellations Policy

• Cancellation: You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it hasn't yet been processed/shipped. To cancel, access your customer account and follow the instructions.
• Return: Returns are accepted within the first 30 days after delivery. To request a return, access your customer account.
• The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the product they wish to return, or may deliver it free of charge to the Tapadinha stadium. If shipping, send to the address below.

• The product must be in the same condition in which it was received.
