How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Delivery times depend on your location:

Portugal: 1-2 business days

EU: 2-5 business days

International: 4-10 business days

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. In the EU, we offer free shipping on orders over €65.

Do you ship to the United States?

Yes, we ship to the United States. Please note that orders shipped to the US may be subject to import taxes, tariffs, or customs fees set by US Customs. These fees are due to recent changes made by the US government and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

If your order is assessed, the carrier or customs will contact you to collect the fee prior to delivery. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees as they are determined by U.S. regulations.
